Baithak is in private beta. By using it you accept that things may break, change, or disappear.

Service

Baithak is a meeting-transcription and minutes-extraction tool operated by Faith & Gamble. Use it to record and summarise meetings you have the right to record.

Your responsibilities

• Consent of participants. Confirm everyone in the room agrees to be recorded and transcribed. Baithak does not check this for you.
• Accuracy. Transcripts are produced by automated speech-to-text and machine translation. They contain errors. Don't treat the minutes as legal record without human review.
• No regulated data. Don't record meetings whose contents would create compliance obligations beyond what's described in our privacy notice (e.g. PHI under HIPAA, payment data under PCI-DSS).
• Account hygiene. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

What we don't promise

The service is provided as-is during private beta. There is no SLA and no warranty. We may pause access, change pricing, or shut down the beta with reasonable notice.

What we won't do

• Use your audio or transcripts to train any AI model.
• Sell your data to third parties.
• Share your meetings with anyone who does not have your account credentials.

Termination

You can delete your account or any meeting at any time. We may terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
