Is Hindi really first-class, or just translated through English?
First-class. Deepgram nova-3 transcribes Hindi (and 22 Indic dialect codes) directly. Claude Sonnet 4.6 translates and extracts decisions in one pass. We publish a 200-clip Hindi business eval set and gate every model change in CI on its WER and decision-extraction F1 — no other notetaker does this.
What does "India residency" on the Business tier actually mean?
Your transcripts, audio chunks, embeddings, and metadata all live in our Mumbai (ap-south-1) data plane. Inference goes to the nearest Anthropic region with a contractual no-train clause. We sign a DPDP-aligned DPA. None of Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, or Read offer this today.
Can I switch tiers or cancel mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access until the cycle ends and can export everything as PDF/DOCX/Markdown before then.
Why a per-meeting cost cap?
It's a procurement-friendly trust signal. A bug or a runaway 12-hour recording shouldn't burn $500 of LLM credit on your account. Free/Pro cap at $2; Team at $5; Business and Enterprise are configurable. You can always raise it; we won't silently exceed it.
Do you train AI models on my meetings?
No — never. Our DPAs with Deepgram and Anthropic explicitly forbid training on customer data. Your audio and transcripts are processed, returned to you, and stored only inside your tenant. We say this in writing.
